Vind je ideale hotel in North Stradbroke Island

'Room was clean but a bit dated. The staff were so lovely at check in and check out. The room cleaners always said good morning and tidied up our room each day. It was nice to visit during the Easter break as there were lots of families with kids also enjoying the hotel and its facilities but it also wasn't over crowded. I would stay here again. 'The Hotel cleaners were very pathetic. The rooms were not cleaned properly and even Toilet papers and coffee and sugar were not supplied. Very poor management. Would never recommend anyone to consider this hotel in the near future. '

'Such a beautiful place to stay on the mountain. Brought back memories of staying in B&B's in Scotland. Great spot for a weekend away to enjoy all the mountain has to offer.'

'De kamers zijn ruim. Wel moet je de handoeken zelf wassen van het hotel, je krijgt geen nieuwe set. Er staat een wasmachine en droger op de kamer. Naast het hotel wordt gebouwd door meriton. Ze beginnen al om 0630 met bouwen, dat geeft overlast voor de kamers aan de zuid zijde. De appartementen zijn ruim uitgerust met een keuken en veel apparatuur. Het balkon is ruim en heeft plek voor 2 om te zitten. De bedden zijn goed!'

'Staff support terrible communication. Website said one thing but staff say another. I seek clarification and told oh yeah that's not updated. Our hrs menus etc changed. We made bookings and paid for it online too be told that's not available anymore. what was supposed to be a romantic weekend away for a engagement proposal was a complicated disaster.we were planning on having our wedding here but after our experience we will be looking elsewhere '

'Bedding did not smell fresh nor clean, lumpy hard pillows uncomfortable bed, felt over used. My son and daughter n law had a brown mark on their top sheet!!!!'

'Location is excellent. Right next to Ligan hospital, medical suits. We had a nice dinner at the hotel. There was no traffic noise. The hotel is located on a busy intersection. The air con was very quite. The best pillow i have slept on in a hotel for a long time'

'Locatie ligt net buiten Brisbane, maar wel dichtbij het vliegveld. De naam Shangri La doet vermoeden dat het aan de grote keten verbonden is, maar dit lijkt een onafhankelijke uitbater te zijn. Het interieur van de kamer is wat gedateerd, maar wel schoon. En gratis parkeren voor de deur is een pre. Het gratis ontbijt, stelt niet heel veel voor, maar wel prettig om iets te hebben in de ochtend voor vertrek als je vroeg bij het vliegveld moet zijn. Op de locatie zelf is niet veel te doen, wel...
