'Very good location. Close to beach, bike trail, and a great breakfast place called the Kitchen. The house was equipped and comfortable. I would imagine in the summertime if would be an ideal spot with the rail trail right there and close proximity to fun summer things. Really nice owners and great communication as needed.'

'We actually live on Cape Cod but were looking for a place to get away with our adult children and their partners but we didn't want to have to spend our time driving far away. This was the most perfect house for us, an absolutely gorgeous view, perfect for privacy if you wanted it. My son's partner remarked, "I want this to be the family weekend away house every time!" And she's right! P-Town is just minutes away. The view is maybe the most stunning anywhere and it's a great place to go for...

'This four-bedroom house was perfect for the six of us. There was plenty of room for us to not bump into each other all the time. The rooms are nicely laid out, and the bedrooms are very large, and the beds very comfy. The bedroom with the twin beds on the first floor is a suit unto itself. Room to park four cars. We really enjoyed our stay. There are two minor safety issues. First, the first row of bricks in the walkway, next to the driveway, are loose. And second, the large rug in the living...

'The house comes with everything we needed. The kitchen is well equiped and the gas fireplace was very cosy. The small fenced backyard was fine for letting the dog out in the morning without having to gear up to go out. It is an easy walk to downtown for dinner and short drive to all the ocean you could ever want!'

'We had a wonderful week with our adult children and their partners. The home offered plenty of space for all of us to feel comfortable. FIre pit in backyard was a wonderful place to enjoy each others company...and make s'mores :) Could easily walk to the water to enjoy a swim, a walk or the spectacular sunsets. 'It was a really good place to stay, but the door was unlocked when we reached the property at night.'

'Great deck, simple furnishings. A/C has a remote & works well. Deck is very nice & peaceful place to hang out. When you get there the key boxes are under the deck/not intuitively near the door. Lower key box does not open so we had one set of keys the entire time. (we didn't care but can be inconvenient). Kitchen has no basics, like oil, spices etc. Just something to note. There is NO pantry designated. Lots of glass ware, cups, & plates, frying pans, stovetop stuff but no cooking sheets...

'My bestie and i travel together a couple times a year and chose the Cape for this year's adventure. We chose this location because it was right on Cape Cod Bay, 15 mintes from Provincetown and central to many great beaches. The room was very clean with no sandy floors or musty smells. Shower sparkled, towels were clean, fluffy and absorbent and sheets were crisp and clean. Heat and A/C were needed (crazy weather) and both worked without issue. Just a lovely place that completely met our needs....

'My sister and I were met by Todd and we were shown room 3. Very nice and helpful. This is probably the room where the property pictures were taken and it is breathtaking. The direct beach access had plenty of seating as well as the 2 firepit areas. Will stay here again for sure.'
