'I hate to say this as the location is 10/10 and the staff are so lovely. Unfortunately the room I stayed in was quite dirty…I arrived after hours and was only there to sleep so did not ask to be moved therefore they didn’t have a chance to rectify the issue which I take responsibility for. However I’m not sure if any other rooms would’ve been much better as the main issue was the carpet which needs to be replaced. Just filthy and stained and the whole room smelled like dirty/damp carpet....

'What a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous building overlooking the park. We were very warmly welcomed and given lots of tips on what to do. Our room was very nicely decorated with a mix of modern and period features. Modern bathroom. Close to all the shops and restaurants and a short drive to the coogee to bondi cliff walk'

'We had an excellent stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located - just a short walk to the beach, cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free, making the whole experience very enjoyable. The reason I gave 4 stars overall is because I wish the garden was fenced or separated for each room.
