'It is a very cool property, but no laundry bag in the room, no tissues, very loud in the hallway with other guests and the bed cream and groaned every time we moved. Kept us up a lot. Again neat place, cool rooms but not enough to come back.'

'This b&b is indeed a mansion, and a true Victorian beauty, lovingly restored and fully furnished with beautiful antiques and art. Our room was gorgeous, very spacious and extremely comfortable; we wish we could have stayed longer! Our host was extremely helpful and gracious, and we appreciated the variety of food on offer for breakfast and snacks. We will certainly make a point of staying there again should we return to the area, and we highly recommend this property to anyone who appreciates...

'Beautiful home within walking distance of Missouri Star Quilt Company. Spacious and comfortable with great parking. Extremely comfortable place for my husband to spend time while I shopped! I would definitely stay here again next time I visit'

'Room was much smaller than appeared in pictures .'

'Property is well worn but the comfort and coziness more than makes up for any deficiencies. It was quiet and extremely comfortable'

'This place is awesome! My wife and I both like the architecture and design of this house. The attention to detail is everywhere you look! The added bonus of hearing the gentle sound of a train in the distance just added to the ambience and feel of that time period when this house was first built. It was very charming and we can’t wait to visit again!'

'We got this room last minute as another hotel overbooked and cancelled our reservation on us. They were very accommodating. It was an adorable room in an adorable town. The room was old fashioned, but well maintained. We had two balconies. The staff were extremely friendly. It was right next to a train station so we loved hearing the trains coming and going.'
