'We were not made aware that there was active construction/demolition going on at the building that was so loud (metal grinding, welding generator, rock crushing, etc.) it could be heard over the TV inside the unit. The outside balcony was not usable due to the noise. In addition, the beach across the bay had blaring music all day that also ruined the peace. A biker convention converged the night we arrived and a loud party went on till 1:00 am. I couldn't hear myself think, much less enjoy. AND...

The main problem was I needed handicap accessibility and the walk from the elevator to the room was horrible....long and hard for handicapped walking. The treck was a few times a day...which made it very hard. Should have not been on the list for handicap accessible.'
