Familiehotels in Nyack

'Second stay. Furniture etc a little worn since last stay, which was shortly after it opened. Everything was clean. Bed comfortable. We did not eat in the restaurant. Would stay again.'

'I did not appreciate the hard time we were given about my group eating breakfast, they will harass you about a ticket to eat but upon booking it said it was included but when we got there, they said there was a fee for brkfst which means it's not included, then they proceeded to try to charge 10/ head for the horrible food had i known, i would have saved my money and ate elsewhere because it was terrible, housekeeping staff was great and on top of it, rms just mediocre, i am Def used to higher...

'I do like that the mall is across the street from a hotel. It is what you expect from a hotel with this price on it so don't expect a lot. What I will say is that the room was not that clean. My room still got a strong cigarette smell even though I got a non smoking room.'

'We didn’t have a great experience at this property. Alarm went off at 4am and had to go out in the freezing cold in the middle of the night with my toddler in arms. Apparently it has happened multiple times in the past at 4am. We checked out right away after this experience and didn’t even use any facilities. Stay away if you want to have a good experience.'

'Delicious breakfast, clean room, nice gym!'

'They did not clean the room. We found hair in the bathroom from a previous visitor. We had to ask for new towels. Some people smoked (pot) in their room(s). '

'Great stay, clean room and pool. Bar and restaurant onsite was convenient.'

'Letterlijk resten van “nummer 2” in het toilet. De kamer werd wel verwisseld na 15 minuten wachten bij de balie. Het tapijt is duidelijk maanden dan geen jaren gereinigd, meubelen zijn oud en versleten, douche gordijn hing er duidelijk ook al langere tijd en was smerig. De kamer waarin wij verbleven heeft een goede grondige schoonmaak beurt nodig'

'Great breakfast, friendly staff but terribly maintained and unclean'
