'Beautiful space, fantastic location and a very accommodating host! Oaxaca De Juárez is a fabulous city and this is the perfect spot to explore it from. Clean, comfortable, and very quiet relative to the location. Early evenings on the roof were especially lovely. We are grateful to have stayed here and will return when we can! '

'The entire booking, checkin, stay, support during the stay and checkout was super smooth Communication before, during and follow-up after the stay was just right. The property is immaculate, well appointed and a short 15-20 min walk to the center of town. We got in late and Angela’s husband Eduardo was gracious to give us a ride into town before restaurants closed. Classy'

'We really enjoyed our stay! As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a lot of street noise as it’s such a great central location. I found it easy to sleep just by running the fan as white noise and there are fewer cars and noisy passers-by overnight anyway. The courtyard is beautiful and although our trip was packed with activities so we didn’t spend much time at the house other than to sleep, we’d stay again. Moises was very helpful and responsive. Muchas gracias!'

'Our hosts Debra and Victor consistently out performed any expectations we had before arrival. They are extremely knowledgeable of the area and we're able to help us in finding contacts for local guides for area attractions along with excellent recommendations for the best restaurants. The transportation to and from the airport and flexibility of getting us around town was the most valuable amenity to us while staying with them. "I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
