'It is basic but clean and functional. I recommend using the free breakfast in the morning; there is a non-meat option, and it gets you on the way. Mayor grocery nearby but very well hidden; you will have to use you navigator. Located between rather busy Olentangy River Rd, I315, and Columbus' mayor attraction: the railway. The locomotives' hooting can be heard all over Columbus but it has its charms and after 10 years or so you get used to it. It was not a problem for me.'

'Gorgeous decor. Fresh and clean. We were provided with plenty of towels and high quality linens. The bed was wonderful and the temperature was very comfortable. Centrally located and very walkable. Caution to anyone who has mobility challenges, the stairs to the second level where the bedrooms are located are steep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend The Jungle House.'

'The apt was nice but fail to see where the jungle theme came in. The staircase is not recommended for small children or seniors with mobility difficulties. Everything else was comfortable'

'There was one elevator running for the whole weekend , no free bikes like advertised, breakfast wasn’t free had to pay for it . The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . '

'Exactly what I was looking for being in town for work. Clean, close to downtown, and, as a runner, being half a block from the park was just the perfect added touch. The stocked kitchen came in clutch too when I forgot to pack my frying pan lid! Will definitely be staying again...I'm actually staying at another Jungle House property next week (this one was sadly unavailable) because this one worked out so well for me!'

'Very, very disappointed in the cost of what they call a “Buffet Breakfast” 18.95 a person for nothing any better than complimentary breakfast you receive at other hotels. Wet eggs, bacon/sausage , bread for toast, mixed fruit, oatmeal. Why would Mariot charge 19 a person for nothing more than a complimentary breakfast. '
