'Looks great, but you are understaffed for such a large hotel & for what you charge. Valet takes forever & I tried to get food at the cafe and waited in line for 5 min with nobody there. I finally asked the hostess just standing there staring at me if someone works the cafe she said she stepped away she would be back. Waited another 3 min (while she stood there) and we walked away (as did another man standing behind me waiting) & I went to Mcdonalds:( The whole reason I picked your hotel was to...

'Great staff, spacious and clean rooms, decent breakfast, nice neighbourhood (German Village) with easy access (both walking and free citybus) to city center. This was my second stay there and will definitely come back next time! '
