'You have got to be kidding me a 33 story hotel and they have ice on one floor, the second. I’ve seen hotels do every other floor, but one floor that is a joke. '

'Valet parking was excellent. Check-in quick. Lobby atmosphere welcoming with flavored waters/cookies. Multiple elevators a plus after a concert downtown. Beds were excellent. Only minus-The shower door was not level and kept sliding “downhill “!! '

'Museum and service was great! The fact there was not a small convenient section to buy snacks, water, meds was very inconvenient. Staying for the flying pig weekend. There were zero options for a quick grab and go. Bathrooms has a funky smell. Think it’s from the cleaning products. But service was FACTASTIC! Beds were comfortable. Loved the shampoo and conditioner. And location was amazing!'
