It sets back in on a gravel road that has 5 other like villas that are all appointed for 1-3 persons. The villas all span over a short radius. They are definitely not on top of one another by any means but within visual distance of another. We stayed in the villa Woodard which is the only one of its size (4 bedrooms). 'Phenomenal location with views of downtown. Safe and walkable neighborhood with restaurants nearby. The house has plenty of rooms and bathrooms, workspaces, and comfortable mattresses. We were able to walk across the Hope Memorial Bridge to Rocket Arena for a Cavs win. Loved this place, would stay here again, and would be interested in buying the property if ever available. '

'This place is a great getaway option for anyone. It already has most of the things you’d want or need. Not too far from everything but far enough to give you peace. The hottub in the late evening where the outside lighting could really be appreciated was nothing short of spectacular.'

'Beautiful property! Villa Pine was exactly as advertised. Even without leaves on the trees, it was very private tucked away at the end of the drive. Comfortable beds & super soft sheets. Sauna & hot tub are added bonuses!'
