'The room was very nice and roomy but did have a bit of a musty smell upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the fact that they offered breakfast was a nice touch. The biggest drawback really was the stairs. They are quite steep and difficult to maneuver with luggage. I saw another guest fall trying to navigate his luggage. I never would have gotten my big suitcase up the stairs by myself. I do have to say that the person at the front desk offered assistance if needed,...

'air conditioning and hot water both did not work beyond minimally room nice acess easy'

'We loved the Guest House. We were traveling to go to Salem and it was close to the commuter train to ride to and from.'

'Super reposant après une journée d'expédition!'

Ik ga graag naar een Best Western hotel maar dit was gewoon slecht en ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht hier waren'

'Very clean establishment, even the stairwells. Great location, easy access to RT 95 and 495. There is a Starbucks in the same parking lot if you need it but the hotels complimentary breakfast was above average.'

I only had two problems the first being that the hot water heater didn't work very well and you literally just turned on the hot water knob and didn't have to use the cold at all. It probably got about a hundred degrees. It was impossible to take a bath. The second being the bed was very uncomfortable I ended up leaving early because it ended up hurting my back so bad that I couldn't sleep one night. It's literally like an 8 inch...
