'A very nice, clean property with nice amenities. There is a very nice outdoor pool. The property also has a nice spa and restaurant. We ate at the restaurant which had a nice atmosphere. The music was just a bit loud. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his dinner. My watermelon salad was delicious, but my clam spaghetti was way too salty. This property is not within walking distance to too much, but is within 15 mis of driving into Newburyport. We did play pickleball at the local tennis club. '

'Stayed 1 night to cap off girl's weekend adventure. Picked the small apartment room so 8 of us could spread out & have landing spot for dinner & walking the strip. The room was perfect set up with good sized seating area, kitchenette & separate bedroom. 5 of us spent the night very comfortably on 2 double beds & the pull out sofabed.
