'First. The owner was great. I had a situation arise and she allowed me to book short notice. Then she communicated with me any time i would reach out. It is the second floor of the duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I had 6 kids staying with me for a basketball tournament and had plenty of room. The 2 showers wwre a life saver. 'Our extended family of 13 stayed here for 9 days. There was plenty of room for each couple (3) to have their own king bedroom and en-suite as well as an additional full bathroom for the others to use when an en-suite wasn’t available/the older adults were asleep. The pool was perfect for us, with the hot tub above so we could sit and easily view the kids below if we didn’t want to swim at the moment.
