It was blood on the Sheets. I did report it to the front desk and she brought fresh sheets, but it’s the fact that the sheets were dirty before so they did not clean the room properly.'

'We stayed there twice now first time was good everything was clean breakfast was descent but this time we found bed bugs in the room I got lots of bites that won't stop itching and my left foot swelled up from them not a good experience will not stay here again we found alot of bed bug fieces under the mattress covers found live bed bugs took them to the front desk and showed them they was going to refund my money but went through Expedia'

'We checked in for 3 nights. The first room we had to ask to be moved due to the musty smell. They quickly moved us. In the next room there was 1 washcloth, 2 towels, and 2 hand towels. I requested more towels and washcloths. I was told there weren't any cleaned.This issue wasn't solved for 2 days when i got a hold of the manager. He quicly fixed the problem. The manager was surprised when he found out the room wasn't cleaned daily and fresh towels left.'
