'Friendly staff'

'Qw have been staying there fir 3 weeks and management was insensitive. Recently the fridge is not working and maintenance would not come to fix it. I bout oarishabke food and had to get a cooler to fill with ice to keep items cold. This is unexeptable.'

'Very easy check in and extremely comfortable rooms. Be aware of the deposit fee, and the first night fee that has to get taken out of your card before you check in. The app didn’t clarify but one phone call fixed everything due to the staff being very informational and attentive. We came to stay during our convention and although it was 15 minutes away from the convention center. We saved a good amount of money for our four day stay! And the breakfast was superb.
