'The staff were great. You need a head manager presence. Someone who is large and in charge. Someone who can really train the staff and keep on top of the employees to make the service top notch. The young bellman would excel with mentorship. They have excellent intent yet they are left with little on the job training. Upon arrival -The bed that I had was obviously not cleaned. Fitted sheet had folds and hair and fur on it that someone with an animal had been there. The desk help came up...
