'It’s so sad when it’s hot outside you think you’re bout to take a shower and the water don’t run and then when you ask them, do they have a plumbing issues they act like they’re all confused. I don’t know what’s going on. You turn on the water, the water makes a knocking sound and you can’t even take a shower so then they come and fix it and then all of a sudden it’s raining in your room that’s crazy you get changed from run room to the next to have the same issue who wants to stay in a room...

'Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and good variety. Had a major issue when we were told to evacuate in the middle of the night for 4 hours. Poor communication from the hotel staff. We were left sleeping in our car. The rest of our two days were without hot water, cold showers. Did not feel hotel management cared about us as guests. No follow-up after the incident. Would not recommend if you want a hotel with good communication and customer service.'
