'Only 1 elevator working for a 15th floor building so it is very slow. Pillows and bedsheets were dirty upon arrival. There's no housekeeping service during your stay to clean the room so if you need anything you have to ask at the front desk everytime but most of the night there is no one to find at the desk for service. Breakfast room is small and products are limited so a lot people take the food to the room. Bathroom at the lobby smells mushy. You need to pay an extra of $18 per day for hotel...
