'We brought our 10 year old and two 3 year olds and had a great time! One block from the street car line, making the travel into town super easy and cheap. Great location and great time!'

'Genesis was a great host! Communication was top notch the entire time from the start of the booking to check out! Property is in a central location that’s easy to access!! Keep in mind that there is quite a bit of traffic on the main road all night, but that’s much of New Orleans. Overall it was a nicely appointed house, clean, & close to 2 grocery stores. Our stay was short so we didn’t get the full experience, but I would likely stay there again if needed.'

'A great location to be close to everything fun! A quiet street with a short walk to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Studio apartment set up worked well for our family of four - the fire escape balcony was a fun photo spot, too.'

The place was beautiful, clean, welcoming, well furnished with comfy beds, well decorated, and in a great location that felt safe. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and serving. 'Our group enjoyed our stay at this property. The description and pictures of the house were accurate. Our group of eight particularly liked the front sitting room where we could all sit and visit. The house is located in an historical area of Arabi and we felt safe staying there. Be aware that another apartment could be rented above your space during your stay which was the case during our stay. Voices, sounds (music) and footsteps are easily picked up on the main floor.'

The Canal St Trolley stops nearly in front of the apartment regularly although you can't count on it being on its schedule if there is a large event going on downtown. Off-street parking is tight but available. Great communication with the owner. Very responsive.'
