'It was ok clean I would stay again'

'The place smelt like smoke as soon as we walked in. The halls smelt like smoke. The room didn’t at first until all of the guest from a concert came back. '

'I booked 8 double rooms with Expedia, when I checked in only 3 were available the other 5 were king and the hotel was sold out!! I was informed by the hotel manage, Expedia does not guarantee the type of room booked. Truly. This was false advertisement.'

'The most enjoyable encounter during this stay was our interaction with Michelle, manager of the breakfast cafe. Her service was excellent, and she was pleasant and attentive to our every need. The breakfast was delicious, the area was inviting. We greatly appreciated her service. Check in was good, as well, and check out also. The individuals on duty at the front desk on Friday and Saturday morning were cordial and informed us of everything we needed to know. Even the environmental services...
