'Everything about the property was excellent. Would have given 5 stars except for- Upon checkout, I put luggage and my backpack with my 9 mm in the trunk. Had to go back to the room for the cooler. Came outside with cooler and there was a man trying to open my trunk. He tried to play it off like he mistakenly thought it was his car. His car looked nothing like mine and was parked on the opposite side of the lot.'

'De hoofd locatie was erg mooi. De gangen naar de kamers waren donker en met vloerbedekking wat onhandig was met koffers. De deur naar het toilet kon niet dicht. Verder was de kamer prima en buiten was alles mooi verzorgd. Bij het zwembad kreeg je flesjes water. Een prima locatie om even tot rust te komen.'

'We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

The vibration and noise made it impossible to sleep. I requested to be moved to another room but was told there was none available. 'I stayed for a week with my husband and two kids and we all loved it. The pool and hot tub on the property were a hit with the kids. The washer and dryer in unit was a hit for me! My husband couldn't stop talking about how we needed the same decor and bedding lol. To have our private space so well kept/clean and well stocked (mainly kitchen supplies as someone who likes to cook) it made the trip so much easier. It's also in my favorite area of Tucson.
