'Really enjoyed staying in this former chapel, the former St Thomas church AFAIK. Neat and tidy, well appointed and provisioned. We chose to sleep on the murphy bed. Great place to stay if you're visiting Redwoods State and National Parks. We saw a herd of Elk at the Orick elementary school yard during calving season - it was magical.'

'We had a great experience staying at the Coastal Farmhouse. It’s so close to Prairie Creek Redwoods! We spent our first 3 days hiking various trails and basking in the beauty of the Redwoods. It’s truly breathtaking. We took the bikes to the ocean which the “kids” labeled the bone yard because of the incredible amount of washed up trees and branches there.
