'Zeer mooie authentieke B&B in het hartje van Ortigia. Mooie kamers, ruime en gerenoveerde badkamer en goed ontbijt. Niettemin grootste pluspunt de gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid, voor , tijdens en na de overnachting. Hiermee doel ik op hulp/info mbt parkeren, info over restaurants, bars, bezienswaardigheden en achteraf hulp mbt bagage stallen. Tot slot gratis water tijdens je verblijf. Kortom een aanrader als je in Ortigia wil overnachten!'

'This is a nice property, that should be a luxury hotel but fails in some key aspects. The reception is very messy and looks like a cheap hotel filled with ads for other companies. Super tacky. When I got there the elevator wasn't working. When I got to the room the wifi stopped working. Tried to call the reception for help but even though the room has a ton of supposedly helpful literature, not one had the details of the wifi, or how to call front desk. Had to walk all the way back to the...
