'The Residence was the perfect setting for a girls trip. All of us were 65 years old and we loved being able to take a walk around Baldwin Park every morning, use the pool, and then go into Winter Park. The house had everything we could possibly want. We loved grilling outside by the pool for dinner. We ate out for lunch every day. Would highly recommend and return to this property. Caitlyn was wonderful to work with.'

'Hard to rate this because we didn't stay. We arrived at the location with zero information on check-in, other than the address. We reached out to the owner and heard nothing, and the voicemail was full and out texts went unanswered. The property had people going in and out of the main house, but no one came out to check with us. Reached out to VRBO customer service and they got us moved to another spot for our trip. Neighborhood was nice and seemed quiet. '

'Wr had a great stay in this house near New Smyrna Beach. It was super convenient to get to the beach - just a quick jaunt to the 8th street entrance to the beach. The house was very convenient - two kitchens, lots of rooms and sitting areas. Realistically sleeps more like 14 people, without sleeping in the hall that connects up and down stairs or sleeping on the common areas. The kids loved the space. David and Carmen were very good with making sure we were in contact if we needed anything,...

'The location was perfect. Super clean house - we totally appreciated the little extras. Comfy beds, perfect amount of space for our family. I spent quite a bit of time in the house as I worked from home some while we were there. Quiet neighborhood, very appreciative of how quickly the owner was to respond to any questions. Will be back every year for our daughter’s competition and want to book this property every time! Yuki is super sweet!'

'This was a great place for us. We were able to bring our dog and enjoyed lots of shady trails to walk him. The pool was clean and quiet. The beach access was easy. The unit was well stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking. The only problem was the guest bathroom which clogged easily. Fortunately there was a plunger to clear it with. We also had some misunderstanding about the WiFi connection code as it was misspelled in the text we received and the check out time was told as 11:00 and 10:00....

'This is truly a home away from home. We loved our stay. The screened on porch is a cocktail haven. The beautiful fenced in yard a super bonus.
