'Not great. Unit is in a house converted to apartment building. Entry is poorly lit. Space is reasonably clean, but a bit run down. Hair and toothpaste spit in the sink. Fridge and freezer were full of random food, drinks and condiments from previous occupants. Odd. Heat was scarce - max temp I got the room to was 67. Unsecured floormat in the shower almost made me slip. Towels were old and random. No headboard, space between the wall and bed had lots of dirt, hair and other junk from previous...
