'Very friendly and generally nice feel. The "amenity charge" feels awkward and quite expensive: in practice this got me a nice water bottle and some free spring water and cost me $70 tax. I didn't find the coffee in the room great (also included in this charge), and I think it's normal for internet etc. to be included in a room rate. I imagine this is worse still for groups/families travelling as it seems to be per person per night. It would feel more friendly to make this optional or include it...

'Great location away from the downtown core - yet walkable to attractions in about 15 mins. Good coffee shops nearby if you don’t want to pay for the full breakfast (which is outstanding but sometimes you just want a light meal). Only downside is lack of options to eat after 9pm. Room is small but functional - bed is comfortable but wish there was more options for the pillow (large very stuffed and firm). Shower pressure is mid-to-low, but the rainfall shower does its job. Overall a good option...
