'Because I booked through expedia they put us in a 1st floor facing the dumpster. Then said they were full and couldn't give us a different room even though we arrived 3 hrs early. A partial refund would be nice !'

The Beachcombers tiki bar is so awesome and the pool is so nice but… the mattress we slept on last night was not the most comfortable and I do understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes down to mattresses but we barely slept… well vacation is not for sleep, right ? but we are exhausted. Other than that we loved it! Please upgrade your mattresses 🙏 '
