'Clean room'

'The apartment was very clean and organized. Arild and his team were super helpful with our questions. The nearest grocery store and metro was close by and very convenient. The Amstel River was across the street and lovely to walk along. The Greek Embassy restaurant on the corner has delicious breakfast pastries and the lamb is worth ordering. The next door Self Love pop-up takeout restaurant is worth exploring for its international flair. I recommend it for a night or a week exploring Amsterdam.'

'Good location. Many good restaurants nearby as well as a gym and a grocery store. Unit does not have a river view. Carpet needs to be replaced.'

'Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and a perfect location. Metro was around the corner, and a friendly cafe at the corner. This space was well stocked, with clear instructions for all of the appliances. Check in was easy, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accessible. Could not recommend this space more.'

'The property was probably the best equipped rental that I have stayed. Arild has thought of everything and more. Clean, well furnished and in a convenient location: metro and supermarket round the corner, trams a short walk and right by the Amstel river with a lovely neighbourhood vibe. It was a pleasure to stay there. Communication with Arild was excellent throughout and he was very accommodating.'

In a quiet little cove of sorts, ample space for a family of four to spread out, fully equipped kitchen where we were able to make a full Christmas dinner, and stocked with everything we needed for a week's stay. The host was amazingly attentive and gave us great suggestions for local restaurants. The location of the apartment was great- quick access to both the metro and tram stops and an Albert Heijn just a four minute walk away to stock the fridge. '

'My initial Vrbo booking was cancelled 3 days in advance of my arrival. Not much to choose from but this place was available. Pluses - Quick easy communication with booking person. Close to grocery store and restaurant. Easy walk to public transportation. Apartment features all amenities. Ample toilet paper provided. Negatives - bedding in bunk bed room was NOT clean. crusty sheets - bleh. Plumbing issues - kitchen tap leaks as mentioned on other reviews. Shower leaks on floor. Upstairs...

'The neighborhood was away from the central area so it was quieter and had access to everything needed. The best part was the gracious kindness and assistance from the hosts when we had lost a wallet and needed to put a hold on credit and bank cards. Hans went above and beyond to help in every possible way. He was also very responsive to assisting with technically challenging appliances and in helping us navigate the transportation. I highly recommend this property and its hosts.'
