'Als wir eine Gruppe von 5 Leuten in der Unterkunft angekommen sind, waren wir erstmals sehr erschrocken, wie dreckig, unsauber und modrig das Apartment war. Es entspricht nicht der Beschreibung bzw. Den Bildern wie abgebildet. Für diesen Preis eine Riesen große Frechheit. Nach Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, wurden wir nur an die Agentur überwiesen, jedoch ohne weiteren Erfolg. Clean, well furnished and in a convenient location: metro and supermarket round the corner, trams a short walk and right by the Amstel river with a lovely neighbourhood vibe. In a quiet little cove of sorts, ample space for a family of four to spread out, fully equipped kitchen where we were able to make a full Christmas dinner, and stocked with everything we needed for a week's stay. The host was amazingly attentive and gave us great suggestions for local restaurants. The location of the apartment was great- quick access to both the metro and tram stops and an Albert Heijn just a four minute walk away to stock the fridge. '

'The neighborhood was away from the central area so it was quieter and had access to everything needed. The best part was the gracious kindness and assistance from the hosts when we had lost a wallet and needed to put a hold on credit and bank cards. Hans went above and beyond to help in every possible way. He was also very responsive to assisting with technically challenging appliances and in helping us navigate the transportation. I highly recommend this property and its hosts.'

'My initial Vrbo booking was cancelled 3 days in advance of my arrival. Not much to choose from but this place was available. Pluses - Quick easy communication with booking person. Close to grocery store and restaurant. Easy walk to public transportation. Apartment features all amenities. Ample toilet paper provided. Negatives - bedding in bunk bed room was NOT clean. crusty sheets - bleh. Plumbing issues - kitchen tap leaks as mentioned on other reviews. Shower leaks on floor. Upstairs...
