'The host was extremely responsive and the property was exactly as described. The parking spot provided is tricky to maneuver and requires two people to avoid damaging your car on all the obstacles. The shower is tricky too, so be sure to ask before you arrive. The property also smells a bit damp/musty, so maybe bring some room spray or a candle. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely rebook the space for our next visit to Berkeley.'

'Yes, we had a wonderful stay. The place was awesome, so near to Stanford University where our son is staying/studying & whom we were visiting, the area is very residential and quiet but very near to shops and dining places. Communication with the owner was great and whole process was seamless. We hope to avail of their services again in one of our future visits to Stanford. We won’t look for another place to stay. This place was so great & perfect for us.'

'My daughter, best friend and I really enjoyed our stay! The house is located directly across from the beach with views from the patio off one of the rooms. Very short walk to multiple costal access points and restaurants. The house was very clean, cozy and well stocked. I wish there were screens on the windows so that we could’ve kept them open more and an earlier check in would’ve been awesome! Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.'

'We enjoyed the house and view (when the famous fog cleared), plenty of rooms (4 decent bedrooms) and well equipped kitchen. Owner very responsive (malfuntioning dishwasher was repaired the next day). We loved the beach/surfing and hiking possibilities, great coffee place down by the beach (Soul Grind).'

"Uitstekend hotel. Locatie is zeer centraal. Met als traktatie de kabeltram voor de deur. Kamer was klein maar functioneel en ook schoon. Leuke bekomstigheid in de lobby was gratis thee, koffie, water, koekjes, appels en ‘s avonds zelfs popcorn. Zelf 1 dag de auto geparkeerd. Dit ging via het hotel en was op loopafstand (valet-parking). Hotel is zeker een aanrader. "
