'This VRBO is exactly as described. Mike & Bill have thought of absolutely everything! The walk to the beach was so short and they had all the things to bring with (wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels). The pool and hot tub were perfect for the too windy days for the beach.'

'We stayed at this condo for six nights over March Break. What a perfect location for a family vacation with children ages 9, 14 and 15. The location is easy to get to with two grocery stores within a 10 minute drive. Lots of great restaurants nearby and close to boat tour dock. We witnessed the space X missile launch which was a highlight of our stay. The property itself is very clean. The pools are warm, hot tubs relaxing and beach is clean with warm water and easy access. 'This property has everything our family needed. We are a short walk to the beach & pool. There are plenty of linens and towels and even extra beach gear in the closet. Coffee was provided as well as a kitchen with everything needed to cook a nice meal. Richard was very responsive and a great host. This spot is also dog friendly!'
