'Clean room. It was ready even before 16pm. They were very helpfull and thoughtfull in any need. Luggage storage available. At checkout (ofcourse not always possible) we could have the room till the time we wanted. And if that is possible they are really ok with that. Contact was very good, always someone available. Sofa bed was really comfortable, same as the big bed. Walking distance from everything and really close to the train station. Pleasant stay!!'

'This is a really nice apartment that has everything you’ll need: a nice balcony, a good bed and a well-equipped kitchen. It’s very close to the old centre and la rocca.
The owners are two very friendly people that are very helpful and sweet.
Important; there is no free parking space near the apartment. We had to park our car about 15 minutes away.'

* Very poor support when problems arise. The most frustrating part of our stay was being locked out of the apartment for several hours in the heat with no assistance from the property. The door has a lock that requires some specific “tricks” to open, which we were not aware of. We ended up stuck in the corridor, which was extremely hot and had almost no airflow, for hours. 'On a positive note, the location and views were excellent. However, we received a call as we were about to step on the aeroplane requesting payment. Surely this should have been done earlier? The light outside the room didn’t work so it was very difficult to see to get the key in the door. There were no instructions on how to get the electrics to work (random small key in a wall box behind the TV). Also no instructions on how to work the air conditioning/heating resulting in us being freezing...
