The neighborhood looks a little run down, but the location is great with restaurants and other amenities nearby. Only about 10 minutes from downtown Duluth and the North Shore. 'Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood in Superior. Easy drive over to Duluth, but don’t overlook the great restaurants, hiking, and other activities in Superior!! Drove to Pattison State Park (20 mins) as well and loved spending half a day hiking here!! Great option if you’re looking to save a little to stay on the north shore. Owners were very responsive and accommodating to all of our needs!'
