'It is a gorgeous property with a beautiful beach and nice, warm pools. The room was great and had an amazing ocean view. Staff was nice and courteous.
However, I was very displeased with 2 things:
1) housekeeping didn't come to clean the room - we had to request several times before we had a cleaning on day 2 but day 3, again no one came.
When we complained about it to a front office employee, the only answer we got was that we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door which was not true as we...

'Upon making my reservation on line, I was presented a question “is there anything we should know about your upcoming visit.” I messaged back that my husband and I will be celebrating our 50th anniversary. We would like to make a reservation at the steak house. Crickets - no reply. We tried to make a reservation upon our arrival but the restaurant was closed. We then showed up at the door. Horrific service, crazy expensive, $25 corkage fee. This experience deflated our plans for the evening.'
