'We booked a total of 4 suites to celebrate my bday but our request for suites closer to the beach were not considered. When checking in the check in clerk didn’t bother to even pretend that he was looking for options to our requests and told us right away that there was no availability, During our stay, we found out that the vacancy rate was over 20% and there was plenty of availability.
The suites we got on the top level of the hotel had issues with lack of hot water and the hallways look...

'Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great. '
