'We had a wonderful stay at the Montecristo and we can’t wait to return! The property is stunning! Palm trees, beautiful colorful flowers, and cliffs over looking the beautiful ocean. Staff goes out of their way to help you in any way. Everyone we met was friendly and kind. There are multiple restaurants throughout the property. Shuttles also run to the other Pueblo Bonito resorts and all are included on the all inclusive plan. This was our first time here but won’t be our last.

'This resort was very calm and relaxing. Exactly what I wanted. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The breakfast bar was great. Huge shout out to Alexis, Ana, Florinda, and Javier. They greeted me every morning at breakfast and were so welcoming and attentive. Thank you!
I also enjoyed how they honored the Expedia VIP status. There was a bottle of champagne in my room upon arrival with a hand-written letter. I also received a $90 credit at the gift shop.
I enjoyed the activities.....

'The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. '

'Bad service from start to finish. This is not the relaxing 5 star resort they claim to be. It’s a super resort all inclusive money making machine.
From start to finish the front desk is not welcoming or helpful at check in or check out.
The beach and pool servers are all annoyed to be there outside of 1/4 of the days we had a good server.
All 4 restaurants we had bad service at. The food was above average for all inclusive but nothing amazing. They charge highly inflated food and drink prices...

'The experience was really great! The resort was very clean, the landscaping was impeccable and the staff were very friendly. Every restaurant had excellent servers and the food was delicious.
The only negative was the chairs at the pool. Reservations are not allowed for the chairs and if you arrive after 6:30am, you most likely won’t find a chair due to people placing towels and items on them. Everything else about the experience was excellent. '

'El hotel es nuevo, y todas las instalaciones son limpias, nosotros optamos por ahorrar en el. Hospedaje para gastar en actividades, frende al hotel está un soriana donde puedes comprar todo lo que necesites para los tours que planeas (alcohol y botana jeje) está a 15min en uber de la marina, sinceramente es una buena opción, cuenta con agua caliente y ninguna falla en aparatos eléctricos, el área de oportunidad que tienen es en la administración, el desayuno es muy ligero y pequeño, en expedia...
