One bedroom apartment (25m2), located on the 6th floor with no elevator. Includes:

- a living room with a small table and chairs and an individual sofa that turns into a small bed for one adult or kid, wifi
- a well-equipped small kitchen space open to the living room, with all the essentials for self-catering (hob, microwave, convection oven, boiler, toaster...)
- a bedroom with a comfortable double bed
- a bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine

Cleaning fees include one towel per person, bed linen for the bed (let us know if you will be using also the small sofa bed) and the cleaning, made by a professional cleaning person.
