'The stay started badly. The room was full of fruit flies. I told the staff about it on my way out to dinner, i was told they would take care of it. Came back to the room after 12 and the flies were still in there. They were surrounding outside of the room door as well. I called customer service and responded immediately. This was arround 1:45am. He came and helpef move us to another room. Around 7am i got up to use the restroom and there was a roach on the bathroom flloor and no hot water for...

'Great breakfast. Great park/gift shop/cafe/ice cream right next door. 10-15 min drive to some great restaurants and neighborhoods. A little less than a mile from water taxi that takes you to aquarium or waterfront park. Great sunsets over Ravenal Bridge.'

'This is the 2nd year I stayed at his hotel and I plan on staying here again next year. My con is that I wish it had a better restaurant in it. This area is okay but it’s not a real separate restaurant it’s just an open area in the lobby. The hotel, staff and rooms are great, which is more important. I didn’t do any drinking or eat any breakfast so I can’t talk on that. I do recommend this hotel. '
