'There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. 'I booked this lodging to use the client laundry, as I came directly by plane from 2 1/2 weeks abroad to a friend’s wake. The laundry was out of order and the manager was not helpful in offering an alternative solution. I washed a few things by hand and used a hair dryer to dry them. There was a slow leak under the bathroom sink. I was given more towels to keep sopping up the water. The early morning desk clerk was very nice but this hotel did not meet the standard of La Quinta.'
