'The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down. I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice..'

'I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the wall by the bed. I never felt unsafe, but it seems to be housing for a lot of people now. The front desk...

'I booked this place for my wife and daughter who was in town for a soccer tournament. I was unable to join them, but my wife said it was "scary" when she checked in that night, but saw thought the place was fine in the light of day. She tends to spook easy, so I'm not sure what to make of it.'

'Check in was quick and had a nice conversation with front desk very friendly staff. Our room was clean, air conditioning and heat worked really well. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast had a lot of variety from fruits, hot breakfast items like biscuits and gravy with bacon, cereals, bagels, toast, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal lots of options. '

'This is the fifth year in a row at this property for a girls weekend and Christmas shopping at Selah. We return for a reason - it is the cutest, coziest and cleanest cottage for relaxing, reading, puzzling. A top quality kitchen and cooking equipment for the cooks in the group. Plenty of warm blankets, comfy beds with duvet. All wonderful and Belinda is the most kind and responsive host of any place I’ve stayed. Can’t go wrong with this lovely little cottage. '

'The room was not ready. Coffee spill on the floor in the lobby ignored. Wall tiles missing from the lobby wall in sitting area. The room had multiple paint gouges/scratches. No chair, no iron, no bedside lamps. '

'Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring.
