'Geweldig hotel! Goede service, schoon en in een prachtige omgeving.'

'We had some issues with the ice maker turned off, the fans on the lanai not working, the toilet constantly running and the bathtub backing up. Wagner Realty did send out a repairman and he was very good and helpful with the repairs. The appliances are top of the line and the condo is nice and new. It is a very quiet complex. Overall we did enjoy our stay there. '

'This condo was impeccable! So clean and beautifully decorated. There were great restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed walks around the lake at this property and also Robinson Preserve. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all spacious and the kitchen was perfect! Our grandsons loved the pool when we weren't at the many nearby beaches.'

'2nd time to AMI/Bradenton area. First time staying at the property and our family found this place PERFECT! Plenty of space for our family of 6. Easy access to AMI, beaches, etc. We love this trip and will definitely be going back and would stay here in a heart beat! '

'The property was incredible! We absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, we arrived on a late flight Sunday evening. When arriving at the rental office there was no key for us to access the property. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a maintenance man to come let us in the property. I asked to be called by a manager of AMI and have heard nothing in response. '

'The condo was perfect… close to the beaches, had a pool for the kids to swim and the idea location for checking out the area!'
