Outside, much of the patio furniture was dirty, broken, or in need of repair, and the yard appeared untidy.Inside, there were cleanliness issues throughout the property. 'Great location, clean facilities, well equipped. Not happy with greeting. The grass was being cut in front of our cottage with grass coming our direction as we were unloading our vehicle. The cottage is retro and could use some TLC.'
