SUMMARY
Newly renovated fabulously designed loft building with tons of natural light and beautiful large windows. The property is located on the 2nd Floor and you have the entire building to yourselves! Property consists of 4Bedrooms/3.5Bathrooms capable of comfortably sleeping 13! Also, we provide garage parking for 1 vehicle. A+ location just a short walk to numerous restaurants/cafes/bars/Penn Hospital/Center City/University of Penn/Drexel! It's a wonderful property for traveling business partners who want space, groups, and/or family getaways.

THE SPACE
A wonderful loft building with a modern design and lots of natural light. The building spans 2400 sqft, and consists of 4Bedroom/3.5 Bathroom... it begins on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building. Once inside and up to the 2nd floor, it is a single level Loft. The custom designed interior has been detailed for every comfort. It is an amazing place capable of sleeping 13 (5x queen beds - 1x fold out couch (double) - 1x sofa futon (twin) - 1x sleeper chair futon (children's twin), If traveling with children, we provide a Pack N Play to make things easier (Baby sheets not included). Our kitchen space is generously equipped to help you rest easy and relax after a long day on the city. Towels/linens/soaps/paper products and many other essentials included!

Located in downtown Philadelphia (University City), the location can't be beat as you're just short walk to tourist and business attractions (University of Penn, Drexel University, University of Penn Hospital, 30th Street Station, Franklin Field, Center City, ETC! ). There's always something going on as festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may want are close by. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. The space is located in a quiet neighborhood street with adequate free parking directly out the front door and on the surrounding streets. This place is a real gem!

Great space. Very comfortable for the six of us. Spacious and comfortable. Basic kitchen amenities. Lots of restaurants in the area. Close to campus and easy to travel downtown. Parking a bit tight, but we didn't have to pay to park for either of our two cars while we were there. Would stay there again

Airy fun space
This was such a nice surprise, the stairwell up to the living area is very inner city urban, but then you get upstairs and your in this bright open fun huge space. The bedrooms all lead off the main living area and are quirky, but well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped with more than you need. The neighborhood is fun and full of college kids and pizza joints. Thanks this was a great find.

The apartment is located near Drexel University. It is clean but lacks anything extra. It seemed like it was decorated by a guy with basic taste. The beds were just average and some too low to the floor. Parking is a nightmare but I most weekends you should be able to find a space. The are around seems safe but we heard gun fire at night in the neighborhood. We walked into the apt and found old mail and what looked like stacks of phone books. Not a great first sight!

OPEN & SPACIOUS
Met up with family to explore Philadelphia for the first time. The loft was very bright and open with plenty of room for our group of five. Neighborhood was safe, close to universities and in reasonable proximity to historic sites, museums, parks, etc. Everyone enjoyed their stay here.

Great apartment! Looks exactly like the pictures!
We loved this apartment! I stayed with a good friend, my college-student daughter, and her roommates. The apartment is very spacious and well stocked. We loved all the natural light and enjoyed people watching from the huge windows. Parking on the street right in front of the apartment was simple. There are several restaurants and convenience stores within 5 minutes walk, and a grocery store a few blocks further. We would definitely stay here again!

Sweet 16 getaway
Had a great visit to Philly with lots of events for my daughters 16th birthday. With friends and family staying, 10 in total, there was plenty of space in this huge, open, modern loft. We even did a photoshoot, and with the high ceilings and lots of natural light it was a photographers dream.

We LOVED the space! Hot water was sometimes lacking for showers and the door felt like it could be more secure/better sealed for temperature/heat efficiency, but the upstairs was great- loved the furnishings and open floor plan, yet private bedrooms and bathrooms. The owners kindly got back to me about any questions. We were lucky to always find parking right out front. And took advantage of many vegan restaurants delivering!
