'Clean and calm'

'Didn’t eat breakfast but staff was friendly, room was clean and efficient air conditioning. '

'The woman who was taken care of serving breakfast and helping take care of guests was incredibly helpful and kind. She was just terrific. She really went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and she was walking around and helping everyone as they ate their meal. It really stood out to me how much she loved her job.'

'The room was not properly cleaned and did not smell fresh. There was a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the air and on the pillows, and the bed cover had a small burn hole from a cigarette. The hallway also appeared unclean and had an unpleasant smell. On a positive note, the bathroom was properly cleaned and in good working condition.'

'The room and the facility were very clean. There were a few drawbacks for me, including the absence of an iron, no pots, an unstable bed, and uncomfortable pillows. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It's close to everything I needed, and the staff was courteous and professional.'

'Kamer was netjes, oud mannetje als receptie, maar was vriendelijk. Geen wereld verblijf, maar goed genoeg voor een tussenstop. We jammer dat er geen ontbijt bij zat, maar was geen prioriteit.'

'DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! It was the most filthy, dirty, disgusting, & un-maintained hotel I have ever seen. The exterior is dirty & garbage strewn. The lobby & halls were full of stacked up boxes & other junk. The carpets, walls & ceilings were dirty & stained. The walls & doors all needed patching & painting. The bed linens were yellow as if stained by tobacco or grease. I've seen public housing projects in the poorest neighborhoods that were cleaner & in better condition than...
