'The home itself was beautiful, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely responsive and attentive, which we really appreciated.However, we did have two major issues during our stay. First, the pool was not properly cleaned—the pool guy came but didn’t do a thorough job. More importantly, the house had a serious spider problem. 'We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. '

'This was a charming house with plenty of room for four adults. Furnishings were comfortable and decor was beautiful. I had a telehealth appointment while sitting at the dining room table and my doctor said, “Your home is exquisite!” It was immaculately clean, every surface was spotless. There were many thoughtful touches like cold drinks in the refrigerator and toiletries including toothpaste. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were pleasant. Walking distance to great restaurant and bars....
