'good value for the price, close to the beach, a/c worked well, staff were friendly and helpful (placed a kettle and replaced a broken coffee maker in the shared kitchen) and the room was very clean but could use some updating - broken lamp and creaky floor overall we enjoyed our stay'

'The place was perfect and the staff was very friendly!! The bed was good too. I would definitely stay here again'

'Abby was absolutely the best! helped all of us 12 women from different parts of the world She is nothing less than 100/100 Thank you Abby for all your help and patience'

'When you enter the property, you're hit with an overwhelming smell of the air freshener; after that, when you get to the second floor, where our room was, the air freshener dissipates, but you're struck with the mold smell, which is less than ideal. Surprisingly, the room itself did not have any mold or smell and was relatively clean, except the shower. In reality, the room looked similar to the photos, except the photos were taken a few years ago, when things were still new, which are not so...

'Parfait! Communication et service excellents. Situation parfaite.'

'Aardig personeel, schone kamer en hotel'

'This property is 10 of 10 . We love our stay. Although there is no staff on site the communication by text was excellent. The hotel is located near to stores and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend will stay again.'

'The hotel is very well located in South Beach. It's what i would call a boutique hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious but..... They are little outdated. If they could just upgrade a bit it would be fabulous. They have an pool on the upper deck. But when you order a wine they only will serve your bottle in plastic cups. So that didnt make it attracting to order a 120usd bottle of wine. The restaurant was nice and food was good. The staff was very friendly and service minded. So no complaints...

'Mijn verblijf bij The Meridian was echt super fijn. Zonder gedoe kregen we direct een nieuwe kamer en alles was binnen no time...

'Het hotel is redelijk verouderd, maar wel proper. De foto’s online komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Al bij al prijs / kwaliteit is het oké.'

'The room was dirty and cleaners never came back to clean once owner was notified. Never received an apology or accommodation .'

'Muy buena atención. Excelente punto por su acceso a las principales zonas turísticas del sur de Miami. Muy cómodo el apartamento y totalmente limpio'

'This property was great. We stayed one night before our cruise and one night after our cruise, it was clean, comfortable. We did a self check in. The owner’s instructions were clear for the self check in. The breakfast was very good, great variety of fresh fruits, eggs, coffee, juice, jam, toasts all home made! The location was great! 10 min walk to miami beach, restaurants, shopping and farmacies. Overall 10 stars!! Thank you!!'

'Goede ligging, goede uitgeruste keuken, ontbijt is inbegrepen en lekker. Behulpzaam personeel.'
