'The property was VERY dirty - downstairs floor was so dirty that our foot soles turned black, there were dead bugs and debris in the bed linens, the fridge looked like it wasn't cleaned since the last booking. The property is listed for sale and per the property manager, wasn't used for a while. The place was clearly not cleaned prior to our stay. We tried reaching the owner multiple times at the number he provided but got no response. He eventually responded the day after we checked in and...

'We used the town of Murphys to visit the Big Trees State Park for several days. A great location to visit this area of California. The cottage was wonderful, and the town had several good restaurants and shops.'

'We really enjoyed the house, very spacious and we loved sitting out back on the deck. The only problem was we had 8 adults and there were only 3 rooms and 3 beds. I didn't like staying on a blow up bed in the master bedroom. This house is perfect for 6 adults. '

'We really enjoyed our stay at this Beautiful House. It was very spacious, clean and cozy for our family of 8. The backyard is amazing so comfortable and relaxing. We loved your garden. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. The wineries are very close along with the stores. We enjoyed going for our morning walks with our family dog. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The only thing that didn’t work was the dishwasher. Overall we are looking forward to booking again!'

'Perfect spot to enjoy the Irish Festival in Murphy’s! Walk to downtown in 5 minutes. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, warm and cozy.'
