'Great place for a weekend getaway. We stayed with a group of four for a golf trip and had a blast exploring the surrounding areas and visiting the Black Hawk casinos, which was only a 8 minute drive. The place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked, though I’d recommend bringing your own coffee and pods. 'Very nice home in an excellent location. Stayed there for CU Boulder Graduation weekend. Well equipped and nice looking kitchen. Short walk to both campus and Pearl Street Mall. Excellent communication by the host with easy instructions. Would definitely stay at this property again. '

'We throughly enjoyed our stay. The home is well appointed with everything we needed for our week long adventure. The on property hikes, wildlife and the most amazing sunsets made it hard to want to venture into town. It’s private but still close to town to grab groceries or a bite. We had ice cream and had lunch at Ned’s General Store which was excellent. Our trip was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!'

'When we arrived it looked like it had been vacant for some time. The yard and sidewalk were full of weeds that were well over a foot tall. Then, when we went inside the AC had not been running so it was very warm inside. (It was July and was in the 90s at this time.) We immediately turned on the AC and all the fans.
