'Overall the place was a wonderful place for convenience for where we needed to get. We had a wonderful time but the place was more set up for drinkers if anything. There’s some things lacking that if addressed could definitely make a huge difference like the theater chairs working properly and utensils . 'House was perfect for our little family vacation in Denver. Out of the city but close enough to go downtown when we wanted to!'

'My husband and I stayed for one week and one of our adult sons joined us for a few days. Kevin was very responsive and the check in process was easy and smooth. Very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a large community park with playgrounds. I would like to come back with my granddaughter! Highly recommended. '

'We had a wonderful stay. The house (indoor and outdoor patio) was lovely. We enjoyed the indoor basketball game in the basement. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The upstairs floors/stairs were somewhat creaky but really not a big issue except when it's very quiet at night. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we wish we could have stayed longer.'

'It was our first time in Colorado and what an experience it was! The best part of the trip outside of the incredible views was having a beautiful and comfortable home to go back to. The pool table, movie theater, and hot tub were a major perk that made the trip even more enjoyable. Lots of memories were created that will last a lifetime. We’ll definitely be back and recommend staying here to enjoy being close to mountain trails and other experiences. 5 stars!! '
