'This was a terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs. I booked the room and everything was worse than expected and photographed. If you book this hotel then you are doing this at your own risk. The entire hotel has an odor that is wicked. I assume from the carpets. We had to move rooms because a spider was crawling on my son laying in bed and the odor and filth was unbearable. The second room’s odor (BO) was less offensive than the first room. 'prima hotel, mooi gelegen op een heuvel waardoor je een mooi uitzicht hebt op de Liberty universiteits- gebouwen/sportcomplex. Nadeel van de ligging van het hotel is dat je wel een auto bij je moet hebben. De bus transfer van het hotel is alleen mogelijk voor bestemmingen die binnen 2 miles van het hotel liggen. Ga je verder weg dan moet je met een taxi. '

'I can’t complain overall, the staff was very friendly, my room was clean, the location was very convenient with the airport being basically across the street. Parking was a pain, but that’s only because half of the parking lot was unavailable due to it being resurfaced, it just is what it is and honestly, I appreciate the hotel, taking care of their property including the condition of their parking lot.'
