The minor items that came up were addressed swiftly and the working with us on a later departure couldn’t have gone smoother or been more accommodated. From the beach we were able to walk to Pismo where we hung out for the day. They have a nice patio area but unfortunately we weren't able to use the amenities during our short stay. '

'Place was super clean and host was accommodating to a late checkout for our specific date. Kitchen is well-stocked. Easy parking and very close to Grover Beach (very short drive or doable walk if not lugging lots of items.) Corner coffee shop and bakery were excellent.The master bed is on the firmer side, for those who wish for a cushier mattress. I was fine. 'We had our family at the house over the Thanksgiving holiday. That’s 6 adults and 3 kids ages 11 (boy) and girls (both 8). The house sleeps 8 comfortably but our grandson opted for an inflatable mattress instead of the fold out downstairs. The house could use some curtains or blinds in the upstairs living area. There is lots of glass and the sun can be blinding. But overall, the house is comfortable, orderly and everything works. The host was very responsive. '

'We really loved our stay in this house! We came to the area to attend a wedding. The house was minutes from shops and restaurants. It was very well stocked and super clean and cozy. The beds, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable and the game room and hot tub were a huge plus. We would definitely rent this house again! Thanks for the comfortable stay!'
