'This property was perfect for my needs. In the Marina area, close to shops and restaurants. Also close to the Marina Freeway which made it so easy to go into LA. Pool was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again.'

'Everything the host advertised was accurate, the place is very clean and neat, good appliances except the stove was not working at time of our visit, but she had an elthe pool ectric stove ready, So that was good. The pool and gym are open as advertised and in optimal condition, the laundry machine were working fine. We would rent this place again'

'Arrived at property and it smelled like death. The place was not cleaned from last renters. Linens and towels were on floor in bathroom. Dirty dishes on table and stove top had food burnt onto it. Garbage can was full of trash. Arrived at property at 11:30 pm and host just said his crew missed cleaning it and simply said we will refund your money. Host then posted that we did something wrong and that is why money was refunded. Do not waste your time with this property.'

'Great place to stay'

'Amazing experience for 4th of July weekend. We had a blast and the property was very clean.'

'A nice clean place. We really liked the assigned parking in the garage. Easy access to the apartment.'

'Clean space , as pictured , nice kitchen and bedrooms. Some fees are not as transparent as it should be . Insurance fee and pet fees should be stated in the post for transparency. Would consider booking again in the future .'

'Check-in was very simple after receiving detailed instructions. Kitchen facilities were adequate for the duration of the stay. The size of the apartment is more suitable for a couple rather than a family of 3. '

'Great location and highly recommend!'

'Annika has such a lovely unit! It was in the heart of marina del Rey, walkable to tons of restaurants and the marina boardwalk. The beds were very comfortable and AC is a blessing! The bathrooms are very spacious, I want surprised that both bedrooms has large closet space and full bathtubs. The building has a saltwater pool and saltwater hot tub! Tons of grills on site as well!'

'Perfect for our visit for a concert at the Forum. Communication and ease of check in is 10 out of 10. Very well done. Great hang out space with nice views.'
