'Het was een goed hotel! Prima geleden bij een winkelcentrum. Wij waren hier 2 dagen. Dit was ook meteen meer dan genoeg omdat er niet al te veel in cancun te doen is. Personeel is super vriendelijk! Een dikke 10 '

The lobby isn’t super impressive, but the rest of the resort is beautiful. It’s a membership resort, so if you book through Expedia they may approach you, just say no if you’re not interested. 'Es un lugar muy accesible, un hotel céntrico que tiene todo lo necesario a su alrededor. Las personas que se encuentran en recepción muy amables, muy limpio todo siempre. Solamente tal vez las cortinas de habitación deben cubrir toda la ventana ya que la luz muy temprano entra, y algunos llegan a descansar, la puerta de entrada a la habitación debe ser más segura para niños, que no se abra tan fácil. 'This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. 'I don't know how this hotel gets 9+ reviews and is rated as a 4-star hotel, then labeled as "luxury" by Expedia. It is sub-3 stars at best in my opinion. Yes, everything in their photos is physically there, then photoshopped to look much nicer. The rooms are aged, the bathroom is old and small, you can't get into the shower without closing the bathroom door kind of tiny. We don't find anything not clean, but because everything is kind of old, you don't feel clean or relaxed either. The staff is...

'De kamer was heel ruim en zeker geschikt om meerdere dagen of zelfs weken in te blijven, aangezien er ook een keuken was. Savonds laat was er niemand bij de receptie te vinden maar de manager bevond zich in het bijbehorend café/restaurant. Dit restaurant is erg lekker en handig naast de deur. Verder is de wijk niet heel erg gezellig maar is het ADO bus station wel vlakbij.'
