'Just finished a two night stay at this wonderful Inn. Beds were very comfortable, loved the seating area in the room with the fireplace and robes were so soft! We ate dinner at The Grove which is the onsite restaurant which was delicious. Would highly recommend this place-close to Newburyport, Rockport, and Gloucester!'

'Staff was very helpful, especially Janet when we arrived. Breakfast was amazing. Better than some high end hotels. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.'

'Clean room no staff available on site uncomfortable about that.'

'Great place to stay. Great breakfast. Clean rooms A little noisy on 3rd Floor with slamming doors. Chocking this incident as a bad night for a few people. But no big deal Will definitely stay again'

'kamer stonk naar leek wel zweetvoeten en het behang kwam van de muur. De toiletpot zat los zodat je erg voorzichtig moest doen. Bij het ontbijt werd pas op het eind de jus de orange bijgevuld nadat heel veel mensen hadden misgegrepen. Ik ga graag naar een Best Western hotel maar dit was gewoon slecht en ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht hier waren'

'Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit there and I will definitely return in the future.'

'We splurged on this for one night and it was not worth the price we paid. The pictures of the property are not representative of the accommodations. We spent nearly $250 for one night in a very small motel room. Pay attention when booking! If it says “motor lodge” it means a small room of a true motel. There was not room for a chair in the room. No shelves in the shower and a pedestal sink means there is no place to put your personal hygiene items while you freshen up. The bed was not...

'My flight was delayed and I arrived at Rockport house after hours... check in was super easy regardless. My room was clean and cute and I loved that I could open the windows and enjoy the fresh air while I slept. The location was way closer to Main street than I thought and I was able to go grab coffee and pastries by the ocean in the morning. I honestly would love to come back and stay longer than two days. <3'

'The location of this hotel was incredible. Overlooking the ocean, with a large balcony, and a lovely walkway along the ocean. The room was large and clean and comfortable with a couch and seating area. The bathroom was small but adequate. We walked to the hotel next door for a nice breakfast. The pool area was inviting but too cool to enjoy when we went. We'd definitely go back.'
